The Role:
As a React Native Mobile App Developer at Cyberpeers, you will be an integral part of our development team, helping to build high-performance mobile applications that deliver excellent user experiences. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to create custom apps that leverage the latest mobile technologies and ensure top-tier performance and scalability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing, developing, and deploying React Native applications for iOS and Android, ensuring a smooth user experience across both platforms.
Building and managing state management solutions (such as Redux, Context API, or Recoil) to keep apps performant and scalable.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in TypeScript.
Integrating MongoDB to manage app data and enhance performance.
Collaborating with front-end and back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between mobile apps and back-end services.
Working closely with our product and design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality app features.
Debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure app stability, security, and performance.
Staying up-to-date with mobile development trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with React Native, and hands-on experience developing cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Expertise in state management (Redux, Context API, Recoil, or similar) to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
Solid understanding of MongoDB for app data storage and real-time data handling.
Familiarity with mobile app build processes, deployment to App Store and Google Play, and performance optimization.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—experience working in agile teams is a plus.

Bonus: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development, testing frameworks, or performance profiling.
